Foster Clark Roofing are pleased to be working with Canterbury City Council on their re-roofing programme 2008-2011 to re-roof over 600 properties throughout the Canterbury area including bungalows, houses, flats and nursing homes.

WESTGATE GARDEN FLATS, CANTERBURY

Cranmer House : Re-roofing works: stripping and disposal of existing roof cladding and recovering with 13,500 fibre cement slates including leadwork and fascia, soffits and guttering. Dry ventilated ridge and dry hip systems where used to reduce maintenance. Insulation works required the erection of a temporary roof to the scaffolding.

Whitehall Close : Re-roofing works to two storey houses and four storey flats with concrete roof tiles including lead flashings and fascia, soffits and deep flow guttering.

Westgate Garden Flats: Re-roofing works to two storey flats  with 22,000 concrete plain roof tiles including lead flashings and fascia, soffits and guttering and rebuilding and pointing to chimney stacks.
